Let's experience traditional Japanese New Year custom "rice cake pounding"!
Food artist Mr. "EAT＆ART TARO" will cook various food by using fresh rice cake.
In this event, you can experience Edo culture ex. playing game "Zubonbo" which was created in Edo period.

Artist profile｜EAT＆ART TARO
After graduated from culinary academy, he worked at restaurant. He started catering service providing food to gallery and the museum. He created many works related to food. In his art work "Retro cooking", he researched receipts which was read in Showa period, and according to these receipt, he reproduced Showa foods. http://eat-art.info
