Press Visit

 
Dear journalists,
Free entrance for members of the press is only granted after registration and approval from the Sumida Hokusai Museum. Please note that a press ID, business cards or other media passes will not grant free entrance to the museum.
 

Conditions of free entrance for press visits

  1. Register at least one week before visit.
  2. Only one press ticket will be provided per media outlet.
  3. Bring a valid identification such as a press pass during your press visit.
  4. The Sumida Hokusai Museum will provide press tickets for those who have a plan of creating an article or other type of media item.
  5. Taking photos is permitted only in "Education Room—Discover Hokusai—".
    Basically, video shooting is not permitted.
    * Three works are not permitted to take photos.
    * All works in "Education Room—Discover Hokusai—" are full-scale high-definition replicas.
